Tree at my window, window tree,

My sash is lowered when night comes on;

But let there never be curtain drawn

Between you and me.

Vague dream-head lifted out of the ground,

And thing next most diffuse to cloud,

Not all your light tongues talking aloud

Could be profound.

But tree, I have seen you taken and tossed,

And if you have seen me when I slept,

You have seen me when I was taken and swept

And all but lost.

That day she put our heads together,

Fate had her imagination about her,

Your head so much concerned with outer,

Mine with inner, weather.

窗外的樹(shù)，樹(shù)在窗外，

夜幕降臨，我關(guān)上窗戶，

但從未拉上窗簾。

在你和我之間，

夢(mèng)幻從地面升起，

而后飄散到云端。

不是你所有的睿語(yǔ)高談，

都顯得富有哲思，

但是樹(shù)啊，我看見(jiàn)你隨風(fēng)搖曳。

如果你看見(jiàn)過(guò)我睡覺(jué)的是時(shí)候，

你會(huì)看到我輾轉(zhuǎn)反側(cè)無(wú)法入眠，

那是一切都失去了。

那天，命運(yùn)把我倆的頭挨一起，

命運(yùn)發(fā)揮她想象力，

你關(guān)心的多是外界，

而我關(guān)心的多是內(nèi)心。

作者介紹

作者簡(jiǎn)介

羅伯特·弗羅斯特是20世紀(jì)最受歡迎的美國(guó)詩(shī)人之一。他曾當(dāng)過(guò)新英格蘭的鞋匠、教師和農(nóng)場(chǎng)主。他的詩(shī)歌從農(nóng)村生活中汲取題材，與19世紀(jì)的詩(shī)人有很多共同之處，相比之下，卻較少具有現(xiàn)代派氣息。他曾贏得4次普利策獎(jiǎng)和許多其他的獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)及榮譽(yù)，被稱之為“美國(guó)文學(xué)中的桂冠詩(shī)人”。

譯者簡(jiǎn)介

黍黎釋，80后詩(shī)人，書(shū)法家，翻譯。2003年開(kāi)始自由寫(xiě)作,是中國(guó)“80后代表詩(shī)人”之一，代表作品有《回到夢(mèng)開(kāi)始的地方》、《古井秦簡(jiǎn)》、《惹巴拉》等詩(shī)歌。
